In part two of our blog series, meet two more of our amazing team members, Troy and Kayla!

Troy – Paid Media Specialist

Troy manages IN2communication’s pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. He is our resident specialist for creating effective strategies for our clients’ PPC advertising, including the design, implementation, and analysis of the advertising performance online. Outside of the IN2 (virtual) office, Troy is a social, and outgoing person who spends his free time either with friends and family, playing sports, or getting creative in the kitchen!

Q: What do you love most about your role at IN2communications?

A: I love the positive and skilled team that I work with and around. At IN2communications, we really focus on executing the entire customer experience as a team!

Q: What are some of the challenges you help clients solve in your role?

A: I help our clients to define their differentiating factors and keep a winning edge over their competitors. Whether that may be through staying ahead of competitors on Google’s Search Engine Results Page or keeping the market’s eyes on our clients with the help of digital advertising, we work hard to keep our clients top of mind with their customers.

Q: How would your colleagues describe you?

A: My colleagues would describe me as the easy-going, witty guy who keeps things light-hearted in the (virtual) office!

                                                   

 Kayla – SEO Specialist

Kayla develops and implements optimization strategies that increase our client’s organic search engine results rankings. Her expertise includes (but is not limited to) keyword research, analyzing key performance metrics and delivering reports, and continuously optimizing websites and content to perform their best on SERPs. When not working, you’ll find Kayla hiking along the St. Lawrence River or her local wildlife reserve, or listening to her favourite band… Queen!

Q: What do you love most about your role at IN2communications?

A: I love problem solving with clients, and helping them see the importance of SEO!

Q: What are some of the challenges you help clients solve in your role?

A: I help our clients understand the importance of organic search and work with them to optimize their content. I fix technical issues, write metadata to show on search engine results, and I’m always thinking of ways to help our clients’ websites and Google My Business Listings get more organic traffic.

Q: How would your colleagues describe you?

A: I’m told I’m a good team player. I’m also quick with a comeback in our daily morning meetings!
